Going bananas over this breakfast

PANCAKES ARE SUCH a fun weekend (or heck, even weekday) breakfast treat, but they can be heavy on the carbs, fat, and sugar. That’s why we were so excited to find this recipe post by Liz on her blog.

We won’t give away the simple secret alternative recipe here. Check out her page for that. Suffice it to say that she substitutes all those naughty ingredients in this traditional breakfast treat for two basic whole foods that turn this into a guiltless pleasure (with a dose of potassium and protein).

    this looks great. and to have a tasty treat while cutting out all the bad macro’s (or most) allows people to eat this.(i know i wont if it kills my diet) thanks!

    oh, wow! I am craving for pancakes now! Imagine enjoying pancakes without the guilt of ingesting your body with too much carbs.

    I always try to find an effective way to cut the carbs while enjoying a meal. Might as well try this. This looks perfect.
